Abdominal or pelvic pain, which is similar to that time, the spasms can be a problem () in a reproductive organ, such as pain in the ovaries or uterus.

These diseases such as endometriosis (when tissue is part of the uterus), fibroids (thick bands of muscle and connective tissue moved to another location such as the pelvic wall or ovaries, uterus), ovarian cysts, ovarian cancer (rare), or inflammatory disease pelvis (PID) infection of the genital organs, usually from a sexually transmitted disease.

If you have pain in the region of the ovary, you may have an ovarian cyst. I experienced the same kind of pain when I had an ovarian cyst. I was diagnosed with endometriosis, which causes me in the past year, severe pelvic pain, deep pain and cramps.

Depending on your symptoms and what you have written, I recommend that you should consult your doctor or your gynecologist for help, only to exclude a serious matter.

Good luck:)

How do you know which ovary pain? Perhaps gas. Or it could be Mittleschmerz pain. (It is caused by the release of an egg during ovulation.)

Mid-cycle pain can (mittleschmerz) are confused and need to differentiate from appendicitis, if, on the left or the right ovary, and may be confused for ectopic pregnancy when it is associated with vaginal bleeding or spotting.

Mittleschmerz could happen every month or sometimes only once every three to four months. Pain in the mid-cycle, usually resolves itself within one or two days and do not cause problems in the long run.

My experience is that mittleschmerz last only one or two hours after he disappeared for a month or 2

The part about "It's like a small ball" makes me believe that gas, because I felt that before.

Most likely it's a cyst. Cyst, a sac of fluid in the ovaries and uterus frequently.

There is also the possibility of fibroid tumors, which are not uncommon.
Ultrasound can easily identify diseases and give a good idea of what to do.
