Does Non-Petroleum based toner make laser printers safer/healthier? - vegetable based inks

There was a report that I had from Queensland, Australia, the impact of particle emissions from laser printers tested health than smokers because their color. I wonder whether instead of soy ink / vegetables and / or water on the emissions to deny all together, or some other chemicals are involved, do not know me?
