2) The abundance of fruits and vegetables.
3) The political stability and peace.
4) With a little luck, one point less under the monsoon rains and earthquakes.

In the Caribbean, there are pockets outside the hurricane belt of view - Panama, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, Grenadines. Are there places in the Pacific, which can be characterized in this way? Any advice would be appreciated.
